  • Ignore my super messy background. I’m too focused and excited about this Dietbet lift off!!! LETSSSS GOOOO!!!!

    Who’s excited! For me personally, I’m filled with chills. If I stay focused I know I can hit my goal, which would be really thrilling! That would really get me back in my pre-pregnancy jeans that are still in a suitcase in my garage hahaha I’m so excited to fetch that suitcase in about 2-3 weeks. I’ll keep the group posted on whether or not they fit haha.

  • Theme of the week: tracking!!

    Writing down what you eat throughout the day has been proven over and over to improve weight loss results. Not only does it make you more mindful of what you put in your mouth, but it helps you identify your strong and weak points. It helps you highlight areas you may be succeeding like breakfast and where you may need more help, like finding an afternoon snack solution to prevent overeating at dinner.

    How do you like to track? The 2B mindset tracker? The app? Another app or notebook? What’s your best tip for staying consistent?

    My best tip: set a daily reminder in your phone! I have one set up for 2:30pm and 9:30pm when I usually need it.

    Remember: bite it, write it. Drink it, ink it. ;!

I do great during the day but like to snack at night, I knowingly sabotage myself! Why!?

    Hi Everyone! I just wanted to do some housekeeping before we got started- as a reminder I will be hosting 30 Minute Live Q&A's via Zoom. Reminders to post your questions and the links will be provided the day before.

    Again for those who are new to this- If you see that your question has already been asked then just give it a thumbs up and I will answers the questions with the most thumbs up.
