It’s not until April, 2020, but my husband and I signed up for our first spartan race! We joked about 3 years ago when our kids started doing them that we should make it our goal to do one when we are both 40. Well, this January I started working out and losing weight, so I decided to take honest action and sign up! We are doing this thing!!


Nwg would be 33minutes jogging straight. That would get me to an 11min each avg for a mile. On treadmill I can do one in 8min and 30sec but it all falls apart after that.
