Do well with eating at home during the week but weekends are hard with the family , I stay under my calories but don’t seem to be doing much progress this week

Non-scale victory of the week!

Eating healthy all week but the weekend are real hard that’s are eating out days.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Pick Healthier choices at the restaurant and didn’t workout for 3 day due to having menstrual cycle but have to still push through that .
