What are your goals for the upcoming week?
My goals for this week are to get back in the gym again. My kiddos have been sick so I used that as an excuse to just stay home and do nothing. I’m constantly running after my baby and live in a two story house so I am “moving,” but I want to exercise with more purpose! And focus on more weights!
