Well I just started, but I love food so what’s hard is not succumbing to my unhealthy desires.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goals for this week are to get back in the gym again. My kiddos have been sick so I used that as an excuse to just stay home and do nothing. I’m constantly running after my baby and live in a two story house so I am “moving,” but I want to exercise with more purpose! And focus on more weights!
