Non-scale victory of the week!
I've had a good week. I didn't lose as much as I thought I would, but there are bits of food that I am finding is not a good thing. I had a salad at lunch (eating out) and it had croutons, I ate them because I didn't think they would matter. Oh was I mistaken. Lesson learned.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
This week was about learning what works for you. I'm finding that if I have ANY carbs at all I cannot lose weight. Being over 60 and not getting much exercise is a bad thing. I'm working on walking and strength training with the help of Physical Therapy.
