I would like to be more consistent. I've set up my games so I have one ending every 5 days or so. I'm hoping this will keep me more accountable.

I was able to pass on food that was available and I have noticed my running is getting easier!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Been more pleasant. I get a bit hangry at my kids when I don't get to eat my emotions. So I need to find a different outlet that doesn't involve food or being sour.

I should have kept the kind set of a weigh in coming up. I got relaxed because I don't have a weigh in until next week.
