Non-scale victory of the week!

I successfully stayed off the scale this week until weigh in day. I was on it daily and started getting discouraged until I talked to a friend and she remind its not all about the numbers

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I slacked on recording my meals. I can definitely do better with that!

I’m going to try to stick to a 5 day egg fast.

I successfully walks 4 miles this week!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

drank more water. it was a busy week and so I was running errands and more than once I found myself forgetting my water cup at home and going without fluids as a result

my goals for next week are to continue with my walking, hopefully try a few new recipes that include more veggies and continue my weight loss!
