Non-scale victory of the week!

I just got a job 2 weeks ago 40 hours a week! my body was not use to a set schedule! I tried my best and continued to eat small meals until I got use to it.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

add more exercise I work an 8-5 now it’s been hard to adjust.
