Non-scale victory of the week!
I had to take my largest pairs of jeans out of my closet because they don't fit! I've officially gone down comfortably at least one size in pants. I've also had some people notice that I've lost weight! That definitely made me feel good, too.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could try to find more time to exercise if I got up earlier more days. Though, I also need to be kinder to myself because I'm chasing a toddler every day.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
My goal is to keep on the same path. It was so exciting to go down in pants size and I will let that continue to motivate me.
