What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
binge eating. I’ve lost weight before ...over 50 lbs but have easily doubled or tripled that back. I have the tools to succeed and know what I need to eat, how to portion, etc. It all comes down to getting my brain to click to the setting where nothing will stand in my way. That’s a struggle.
