Today is going to be a big test for me and my weight loss goals. The first Saturday of college football brings out friends and my favorite “tailgate” foods! If anyone has advice on low-cal tailgate food, send it over! 💪👍🐗

If you like chicken wings, you can find some fantastic buffalo cauliflower recipes. Obviously they don’t taste exactly like chicken wings but they are a great low calorie/low carb substitute :thumbsup: Good luck!

  • I've never done a Transformer before - done several Kickstarters though, one is ending tomorrow. I was on the fence about joining this one.....until our realtor sent this picture from today. We just bought a new house and while I'm happy about that, I am not happy about the way I look. That is some motivation right there!

Ugh, my husband is such a bad dieting influence on me. I let myself eat garbage when I am with his skinny butt. ❤
Solo Breakfast: Protein coffee
Solo Lunch: Oven roasted tofu and veggies with 1.5 cups brown rice
Dinner with husband: sonic peach slushee, crunch wrap supreme, 7 layer burrito and one Cinnabon delight 😬

I need to learn how to resist temptation when it is offered.

Oh good- I'm not the only one with a skinny husband. Thank god he is super supportive of my weight loss goals- the only thing he won't give up is soft drinks and juices. I will never sell him on water- and I can't say that I blame him.
