Non-scale victory of the week!

I avoided bread, pastas, and sweets! Carb count was under 25 EVERY DAY(except for the accidental regular Gatorade yesterday, eeeek!!)! Go me!!

I did not give in to head hunger sweet crave, for my favorite childhood cereal! Also, my watch is loose.
