I kept a clean diet during the week. I had 2.8 of fat loss since June 17. I feel stronger and I can feel my legs more firm.

I have more resistance doing my workouts. My rest HR has lowered. When I ate in a restaurant I chose salad instead of fries and didn’t eat the bread.
