I survived eating lentil beans! But seriously, I had never had them in anything other than as prepackaged lentil soup. I stuck with the Ultimate Reset meals and only “cheated” the tiniest bit (2 breadsticks and 1 brownie)—that’s huge for me!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
stay on track with my water warlier snd throughout the day—not finishing until after 7 pm means getting up 2-3 times during the night.
