Non-scale victory of the week!

bottoms (shorts/leggings) are feeling more comfortable around the waist; embraced the Ultimate Reset menu in spite of family members eating my regular favorites (grilling burgers and corn on the cob); staying on schedule with supplements and meals in spite of “returning to work” (telecommuting)

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I allowed the ice cream to woo me...but did only take a spoonful Bd slowly eating my way through the carton.

resist “relaxing” in front of the tv at end of workday—this leads to binge watching and staying up too late.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I survived eating lentil beans! But seriously, I had never had them in anything other than as prepackaged lentil soup. I stuck with the Ultimate Reset meals and only “cheated” the tiniest bit (2 breadsticks and 1 brownie)—that’s huge for me!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

stay on track with my water warlier snd throughout the day—not finishing until after 7 pm means getting up 2-3 times during the night.

stick with Week 2 of Ultimate Reset with fidelity. I prepped my meals for the week (all day) yesterday, so should be in good shape!

I have committed to the BB 21 Day Ultimate Reset and prepared all of my meals for Week 1/Phase 1 yesterday.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I should have resisted my “last supper” mentality by overstuffing myself with “bad food” because it was the last chance (brownie bites/Sunkist soda”
