  • Dinner tonight! I took the advice of going to Costco for healthy noodles and they are so much better than what I bought at the grocery store. 10 carbs for 8 Oz pasta! I’ve missed noodles so much and excited to incorporate it back into my meal planning!! ❤❤❤

They look good. I’m going to try these out next time I go to Costco. They are actually only 1 carb per serving because you subtract the fiber from the total carbs.

They are the best, I eat them all the time!!! I stir-fry veggies and protein, and put a little lite asian sesame dressing in. Delicious! Also, good with chicken curry, or anything I make for hubby. He get over rice or pasta I just put my "whatever it is" over these! Favorite find!

  • I'm at 80% of my goal!!!! I only did that with my nutrition. I am not able to workout because I a little incident and hurt my foot...bad ankle sprain...My biggest win is drinking water. I was barely drinking 500 ml before. I bought that bottle (based on Ilana Amazon list), and I'm drinking almost my 2L every day!!! Water first! ;)

Bummer about your ankle :(. I had a bad sprain 11 months ago...I STILL feel it! Good for you for not letting it sabotage your nutrition, that will keep you feeling more in control until you can work out again. Hope you have a speedy recovery!

Thanks Karen...I know ankle sprain takes so much time to heal...and I'm not patient :( you're right though that I feel way more in control of my food now!
