Just waiting for my initial weigh in to be approved! I’m ready to lose some weight!
Question: is anybody here not exercising or only exercising minimally? I just got foot surgery and cannot exercise, so I’m wondering if anybody else is doing this with minimal exercise.

I am! My only exercise at the moment is walking my dogs. Just adjust your calorie allowance to account for the lack of activity and you'll be just fine

Honestly felt a little nervous. I don’t really like seeing myself in the mirror haha I’m sure some people here know the feeling. But that’s what places like DietBet are for. To help us love and appreciate ourselves while also pushing our limits and achieving a healthy lifestyle. Hopefully haha

I feel you - seeing my first weigh-in photo was pretty upsetting. Hopefully we'll all like our second weigh-in photos a little better though!!

What's everyone planning? I am cutting out dairy, sugar, and most grains to help reduce inflammation. It should help with weight loss. Fingers crossed!

Low carb striving for under 30 a day!

I'm a beachbody member so I'm going to follow LIIFT4 and portion control eating program. I followed it last summer and saw results. I saw more lost inches than weight. There was a cheat day so I'll take that out. I plan on hiking and slowly start jogging.
