I forgot to pick up a digital scale at the store on Friday, since I stack my trips to save gas, on my way home from work I’ll get my scale and jump in, I have started tracking my meals for extra mindfulness.

The Oktoberfest starts Sept. 21st. Interestingly, most of it takes place in September :grinning:

  • Okay, here we go! You guys have got this!

    Time to put ALL the challenges together to create the FINAL CHALLENGE! Starts Monday ends Friday.

    1. Water- Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day 5 days this week.
    2. Nutrition- 5 servings a day from the fruit/vegetable group.
    3. Fitness- get at least 30 minutes of exercise 5 days this week.
    *And not mandatory but recommended, please post at least once this week to update us on your progress/struggles, or offer support to another player.

    **On Friday there will be a post for you to comment under if you completed the challenge. The prize drawing will be held on Saturday shortly after 12 PM PST, for the $40 Amazon gift card!

Bleck!!! Great on Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday got away from me. But thurs and Friday havent been too bad, no sweets at all, limited bread, but not enough veggies every day and never enough protein

  • I had a GREAT week staying on track with my eating plan. My biggest win was when I went to Cracker Barrel for lunch with my sister. So many options but not all healthy. I ordered the grilled chicken tenders with steamed broccoli and a side salad. The food was great, big veggie portions and I felt very satisfied. Posting a picture of my meal that day and my go to breakfast - an omelet smothered with fresh avocados and cherry tomatoes!

First of all, 48% is awesome! But I feel you, I’m at 41%. I find staying on top of my water helps so I’ll keep focusing on that and am starting to introduce more cardio.
