I survived a weekend in Chicago, eating good food, and didn't sabotage my eating plan. I made better eating choices than usual.

the last 2 weeks were challenging sure to do many birthdays in our family. I absolutely have in to the cake. I kicked myself later, but couldn't stand disappointing family members either. Still got below my goal, but just barely.

It was my birthday this week and I didn't over indulge like I usually do. I ate wisely, stuck to my portion control, chose veggies first and water most and it's paid off

haven't started yet but this past week has been horrible. Ribfest, birthdays, and way too much restaurant food. the scale prompted me to get back on the horse!

stuck with the choices I planned to make instead of giving in to the more decadent items
