Non-scale victory of the week!
it was a very stressful week full of several tests and quizzes and homework and essays and I didn't turn to food even though I really wanted to.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
this week I did so good with what time and energy I had so I'm not gonna beat myself up over the little things.

try to balance my life a little more. eat better, work out some, a good amount of school work everyday so I get ahead and don't get overwhelmed.
