I made really good strides picking the right foods this week.

We had an instance at work that took away a lot of time. I wasn’t able to work out as much as I would’ve liked.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I had a birthday and only had 1 beer!!! Beer is my weakness but I’ve been really good drinking plenty of water each day instead.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I ran a good bit but I want to add more gym time into my weekly routines.

I went for two pretty long runs which was nice actually. The first run I may have pushed myself too hard and was sore for the next 4 days or so but I’m getting in gear at least
