Though I could not do the 3 day fast my friends were trying to have me do, I did a 3 day 1000 calorie fast and it felt amazing when I finished. Also I have been good all week about waking up and being productive in the morning instead of waiting till 1hour before work, which also help my mood at work tremendously.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I attempted a hard 3day fast and my body wouldn't have it, instead I binged that day. Although i dont see this as a failure, I think I have a deeper understanding of my limits.

Plan my Febuary workout goals as well as finnish my january monthly spending evaluation and monthly budget. This is important so I dont have to take up extra shifts which take away from available time to meal prep and workout.
