Non-scale victory of the week!

We used to do a run with school and my best time was 21.12 (it's 3km). I did it again this week and I ran it in 17:48.

Diet. It was my birthday and I baked a cake.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I got my heart rate up during the workouts again. Also, instead of making excuses nót to go to the gym, I now find excuses to workout at home.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could've drank a little less alcohol (there was one wine night with my roommates)
