I was nervous to weigh in this morning because I thought I went into a carb overload last night. I still lost 3/4 of a pound. Yay! I’m still trying to figure out which food plan is best for me and my lifestyle. I’m also doing Noom. Is anyone else doing that?

I've tried Noom, but it wasn't for me. I think any tracking program that you can stick with consistently for a period is worth trying!

Today's summary!
I definitely ate more than usual but it was my mom's birthday! Too stuffed to eat dessert!
Bfast - stoked oats oatmeal, Granola bar and naked berry smoothie
Snack - sweet potato chips
Lunch - Brown rice with seafood (leftovers) and veggies
Snack - cauliflower crackers and a naked strawberry banana smoothie
Dinner - chicken and mushroom Alfredo, Costco cheese bun with queso dip and their dill pickle salad!
W/O - 20 min barre and 10 min abs
H20 - closer to 3L today but still room for improvement
Thinking tomorrow will be a low carb day as I went a bit carb-tastic today!

Any debloat recipes?! I usually will start the day with lemon water after a heavy eating day!

Today's summary!
Bfast - cheese bun with 2 scrambled eggs, lettuce and tomato
Snack - fruit and nut bar, handful of sweet potato crackers and 2 tbsp queso cheese dip
Lunch -pork, Brown rice, lettuce
Snack - trail mix with dark chocolate, sweet potato chips
Dinner - leftover ground beef with low sodium taco seasoning, mushrooms, onions on lettuce
W/O - 40 min Tabata workout with light weights
H2O - only got 2 litres, tomorrow's goal will be 3!
Clocked in at about 1500 calories today. I haven't decided if I will just track weekends and 2 weekdays or some combo.... Does anyone here track macros/calories? Do you track everyday or just occasionally?

I'm planning ground turkey tacos salad; flank steak w/roast brussels; salsa chicken; pesto chicken with green beans and cherry tomatoes; make it your way pasta with broccoli. Dinner and done!

Hi Jessica! It's super easy with the instant pot! I put in chicken breasts, a jar of pasta sauce, chicken broth (if you like it more liquidity) veggies galore - mushrooms, carrots, onions. High pressure for 12 minutes and natural release! You could cook pasta with it too but I often have it with cauliflower rice!

I hit my goal over a week ago but then I let things slide and started eating more freely (less healthy options) and not tracking. So I've gained a bit back so I'm now about 1lb away from my goal. Back on track today, will be drinking lots of water and watching my carb intake. Good luck to everyone in our final few days!

Any one here know how to prepare whole headless red fish? Was given a bag of these frozen and defrosted them, thinking they were fillets....

I have no idea where to start.....I also have no idea if they are already descaled/cleaned? Packaging does not say....

Completely derailed this weekend! Had pizza, ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, chips, chocolate, a glass of wine (at least just one) and more dessert! 😑
