What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I tend to give up too quickly when I don’t see the number change on the scale! i also have a tough time eating healthy AND work out consistently. I either work out and slack on healthy choices or eat healthier and slack on work outs!! I used to be very active and althetic, so I’d like to get that fire and energy back!
