Non-scale victory of the week!

I really need to quit working at mcdonalds it's so difficult for me to not eat food there, even when I bring my own. Lately I've started eating a big salad or tuna salad sandwich and fruit before going to work and drinking a protein shake. Today I didn't drink any pop which is good. I only drank unsweetened tea with a splash of sweetened tea, which satisfied my sugar fix.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I told myself I would only eat one grilled chicken sandwich at work from now on but I totally failed for the past 3 days and today I ate 3 fried sandwiches and a cup of ice cream and hot fudge. I feel like I have no strength and I'm scared I won't be able to this. I really need to drink more water also. I have no idea what I'm doing...

Exercise... The only day I have available to this week is thursday so hopefully I can go on a 6+ mile walk and also finish half of my schoolwork for the week

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

where do I start? I have no self control when it comes to food. I also have a relatively sedentary lifestyle and I recently started working in fast-food which is super tempting since we can eat free whenever we want.

Go on more walks, swim more, only drink tea and water at work, drink more water, improve my sleep hygiene, limit fast-food intake to once a week.
