Welcome everybody. If you haven’t already, it’s time to think about how you will make the best of the next 4 weeks.
The key to success is having a SOLID PLAN in place and studies show that putting it in writing helps. I encourage you to take 5 minutes to jot down (or type out) a few things you would like to focus on. Drinking more water, meal prepping, an attainable workout schedule, consistent bedtime, less social media scrolling?
If you are up for it, please introduce yourself and share a non-scale goal you have.
Personally, with the warm weather finally sticking around, I will be focusing on water intake. let's go!
