  • hi! I’m Colette from NYC, @life.colette on ig!! I need to lose 50 pounds to get an acl surgery. I’m NASM certified as a PT and NC, and an MSW student focused on community organizing!! I believe in a holistic approach to health using mindfulness, self love and intuitive eating. I lost +125 pounds in the past, gained it back after an injury, and relost 50. It’s very odd to be in a place with my health that I need to lose weight after embracing being a big body muscle mommy for a while. I don’t want weightloss to be my focus and it is not— I want to live my happiest and healthiest life possible in order to help share power space and resources with others.
