i want to get on a better work out schedule. This picture is from our half marathon on Sunday. I'm seeing the distance in my times with just 5 or so lbs weight loss. Trying to lose slow and steady but with the added workouts and healthier eating it seems to be coming off quickly. I'm sure I will platue some point in the finishing months. I'm hoping to lose a total of 20% in the 6 months. Off to a good start.
