massively cut down on portion size and stuck to my diet. once I got home.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have exercised more. I ate a lot of salty food on the weekend at the resort which made me hold onto water weight. I lost about 6 pounds of water weight over the last few days not eating salty food.
