okay, as it has been en few years since trying to lose my weight, i am really starting over. i knew I gained weight but I didn't know it was almost 10 kilo's. i hope to stick with it now wit 2 games at once. I now weigh almost 105 kilos and need to get back to 100 kilo's before january 28th to reach my first month goals. I know I can do it. I have to work up the discipline to keep going and taking good care of myself.
