What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
My daughter is one year old and I’ve been struggling with my baby weight. I haven’t been taking my weight loss journey very seriously until now. I’m active duty in the Armed Forces and I am required to comply with my weight standards, however I’m not in regulation right now.

Last week I started my awesome diet, so this week I’d like to continue it. However, I don’t want to cheat on my diet at all. No sweets, and exercise at least 4x this week with cardio in at least 3 of them.
