just after finishing my previous DB i ate soooo much. PMS is a b*@#h but i should not use that as an excuse!! so i feel i could have not ate that burger and cookies agh bit on back on track i go!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I was walking past all the cookies and chocolate rows in the shop and just kept telling myself if you cheat now you lose and I resisted all the sweets :)

Drink more water and go to bed earlier
