It's difficult changing bad habits, and staying motivated long term and not resorting back to bad habits when life gets stressful has always been challenging for me.

My goals this week are to eat a plant based diet, intermittent fasting using an 8 hour eating window. To sleep 7 hours a night minimum, and to exercise 5 days this week.
