What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well, well well...I gained almost 5lbs since the last time I joined Dietbet. I am soooo ready to loose not only the weight but the negative self talk, feeling so uncomfortable in my own skin, not wanting to participate in life because I am embarrassed to see people who no longer recognize me without the double take. i need the connection of others who understand the complexity of being overweight. I need the encouragement and the community of those who "really get it". The struggle is real, the want to be successful is real,...I feel so ill equipped by myself.
