Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm kinda all about the scale victory this week... but being super consistent at the gym (and enjoying it) has been the nsv that helped me get there!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not much, I'm feeling good! Had a treat or two but in line with the balanced lifestyle I'm targeting.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Staying on track even when the scale wasn't reflecting my progress

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I overate some at Lunar New Year dinners Friday and Saturday. Not as much as I could have, but I think that's part of why my weight has gone up this week. Hopefully it's mostly bloat...

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I hope I can get back below 160 this week, but my real goal is to avoid any kind of mental doubt/guilt spiral. No matter what the scale says I just want to stay the course without eating to soothe my anxiety (about not losing weight...the human brain is dumb).

Non-scale victory of the week!

Going to the gym before work 4 days in a row & figuring out a slightly different routine that makes it feel sustainable!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

On Sunday I went a little overboard with fries. Was still in "vacation mode," which is fine, but it's hard to say if I really enjoyed them or just felt compelled to eat them.
