Non-scale victory of the week!

did a pretty good job this week with meal prep and healthy choices at dinner. I'll be doing whole 30 next month so I've been testing it out a bit. I also lot a lot of exercise this past week starting Saturday with SUPing with the dog, 7 mile trail run sunday and walking/yoga throughout the week. I'll be camping and hiking this weekend so hoping that will put me in a good place for next week.

I drank during the week and ate out which I didn't want to.

sleep by 940pm, yoga or a 20 min work out every work day. trail running on a weekend day. no drinking during the week. meal prep for week days. more whole foods.
