  • I decide I wanted a snacky lunch today. I have boiled eggs, cucumber, carrots with southwest ranch dressing, a dill pickle, sweet cauliflower, wheat crackers with roasted garlic hummus, and grapes. I wasn't able to finish it all so the wheat crackers with roasted garlic hummus and grapes will be my afternoon snack. I would normally have a bit of cheese too but I'm going dairy-free with a little grace for pizza during the #last90days of the year challenge. I actually started early and I've been dairy-free for 2 weeks now. My tummy is feeling a lot better, without the IBS. @grace_and_wholeness

  • Got creative for breakfast and made a scrambled egg mix that I topped on a portabello mushroom cap with cauliflower alfredo! I then cooked it in my airfryer (which I'm obsessed with). I also paired with some fresh watermelon! Yum! Getting creative with or food is exciting and can help us learn new foods to add to our journey! What did you have for breakfast?

I eat breakfast on the go a lot so jimmy dean’s egg which and frittatas are high protein low carb. They are fast and keep me filled until lunch!
