non scale victory . Being out of town with my x in laws and managed to go to the gym everyday and stay on keto .

this up coming week I want to sleep better . 8 hours a night more consistent bedtimes. I want to continue to get to the gym and run on the treadmill for 1.5 miles straight without stopping . I want to continue dieting the way I have been ❤️
