http://bit.ly/11Y6a1T - Link to next DietBet. Can use weigh-out information as weigh-in information. Hope to see you there. Regardless, would you email me at ffmom@hotmail.com and let me know how you're doing?

Alright, chica.... I'm going to join up with Fit2Fat2Fit DietBet #2. $50 ante, and it's already started as of yesterday. I sent the organizer a note asking if I can use tomorrow's weigh out from this challenge as a weigh in for his. I'll let you know.

You are in my thoughts. I really hope you are okay.

I want to hear all about ballet bootcamp. We took the day off - so far. Super Bowl starts in an hour and we have two other couples coming over. I cooked - Buffalo Chicken Meatballs and Chocolate Yogurt Muffins - unreal that they are low cal.

I just heard a scream. Was that your last pound running off, taking a ounce friend along? Yippee! Pushed myself through the 45 minute workout today; decreased the intensity and was able to get it done.

Way to go, Mel! So glad you're getting "You" time in and taking care of the most important person first. So, so difficult to get that time in as life gets in the way. I'm pretty boring in my workouts; live in a small country town with no options for workout facilities. I just ordered the five disk Turbo Jam from Ebay so will use that. But for now with stick with Treadmill. Will be on it early this afternoon, either for storytime (Hobbit on audiobook) or workout with my Lolo app. My guy gets up and works out first thing - before breakfast. I'm hardly that motivated!

Cheers!

I'm a runner in my dreams and future plans! I do, as my 80-year-old Mom calls it, "piddle jog!" Interesting your workout was abbreviated yesterday - my unexplained foul mood cut into mine, and I quit at 30 minutes. I HATE when my mind wins; one of the things I'm working through. I use an app called Lolo to keep motivated on the treadmill; I've decided when/if the foul mood strikes (a somewhat rare event), I will not push the issue but simply pop in an audiobook and walk. I battle my inner demon and beat myself down thinking I won't ever be able to complete the circuit if I don't do it this one day, etc. I thought of you and just knew I had to do something because I was suppose to be supporting you; what kind of supporter was I if I didn't complete 30 minutes?!? Thanks, Mel, for the reverse psychology you didn't even know you were using! Let's meet up again today!! Peace.

I work out around 4 p.m. Texas time - a hot date with my treadmill is my reward for a day spent studying for my licensure exam. What time are you heading to the gym?
