Non-scale victory of the week!

I knew that I had face planted off my diet with Christmas, birthdays and an extended stay in Mexico, but I faced the scale (even tho the number was devastating) and signed up for another diet bet!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I passed up all work food, cupcakes, donuts, chips, and more.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I over did it on Friday night, I was so dissappointed in myself, however I got right back on track the next morning.
