Non-scale victory of the week!

Made it to gym. I'm getting more workouts in. It's been harder since house flooded, and I'm staying with a friend. Keep pushing on though.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Stick a little closer to nutrition. I'm going to do intermittent fasting as well.

Resisted alot of sweets especially cake.

Workout more. Rough week working at Hospital. Need to just go to gym right after work no excuses.
