can't believe I weigh pretty much what I did in November. but I am exactly 140 lbs today. will be really good to get below 10 stones. have been diagnosed with OA hips so stopped yoga.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

eating away from home at friends where I haven't made the food, trying to stay sociable. some friends have cancelled me till after the diet but I'm ok with just drinking water and eating salad but they want to indulge me!
