I worked so hard this past week to stick to my meal plan and I didn’t eat an treats not even smart sweets.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I wish I could have of worked out more but I am so limited with my broken f. it forced me to be more disciplined with my eating habits.

I got out for hike on the weekend. and I did a workout tonight.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have got at least 10,000 steps everyday. moved more, less phone time and tv time. ate less. more veggies and no eating after dinner, more water!!
