I saw your comment on the transformer feed about your eating and looking for support and ideas. I know how you feel. I struggle with eating and consistency. What is helping me is: drinking my 8 glasses of water daily, eating breakfast daily (I used to skip breakfast), working on eating more protein and fiber, especially in the morning, making sure I get the equivalent of 10,000 steps daily, and having a specific workout plan. I'm working on my meal planning but haven't been consistent there yet. Celebrate any non-scale victories, just don't celebrate with food. I found strength training ramps up my metabolism, so keep lifting those weights. I take a boot camp type of class 3x/week and I get a great mix of strength training and cardio, plus I get correction if I'm lifting incorrectly plus I get support from others. So, that's a bit of what has been helping me. You can do this....it is worthwhile for your family's sake for you to take care of you.
