Lost 75 lbs in 2011, slowly have gained back 45 lbs and need to get back to it! Have lost "drive" even though I still work out 4-5 times a week, my diet has been weak point lately and cheat day has blurred into cheat weekends every week now.

Considering your profile, maybe you might want to check out Solving the Paleo Equation, a book on Amazon. Might be helpful. Hang in there!
