I’ve been eating good and working out hard!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think I could stop eating earlier in the day. I also haven’t been getting very much sleep.I know that makes a difference in my weight.

Non-scale victory of the week!

was wearing some baggy clothes and was feeling like my old self until I took my shirt off and was pleasantly surprised by the new gains! I forget from time to time that I’m not super heavy anymore!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Meal prepping is my go to answer. Having snacks around that won’t cost me much on the scale is something I can do better

Staying away from eating at meetings. my admin team is good about ordering vegan options for me. I usually fall for the cookies that we also have on hand.

Still feeling great when II look in the mirror. I’m up a couple of pounds but ready for the next challenge. The best part is doing this with my lovely wife!

This week I really feel comfortable in this body of mine.

I was at a convention and did not meal prep as well as I should have. I made healthy choices but had to guesstimate some of the contents of the meals served.

Back in track and crushing it! my body has become RE-acclimated to working with a calorie deficit I’ve also been drinking a ton of water which really helps stave off the hunger pangs!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have eaten a little more. There were times this week that I simply forgot to eat

Non-scale victory of the week!

This has been an awesome week! This is my 4th round of LIIFT4 and my body is jumping right back on track after some very bad eating for my birthday. This challenge is just what I needed!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel I need to prioritize sleep better. I wake up at 4 in the morning but the rest of the family stays up till at least 9:30 during the summer.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I can feel pretty good about how I feel and the way I look. There’s a lot of literature out there that says I’m supposed to weigh 30 pounds less!
