it's not really specific to this week but I wish I hadn't scheduled 3 diet bets over my birthday lol.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
go to maintenance calories for a week and take lots of supplements as the weather's just gotten a lot colder and I'm feeling a touch run down. also want to get back in the exercise as I've slacked off this week.
