What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

long term goals for me seem to never work. I’m much more successful when setting short term goals and I’m constantly meeting them and setting new goals. This for me goes hand and hand with losing weight. If I set 5 pound goals. I can knock them out in 2 weeks. I have a hard time sticking to goals when the finish line seems so far away.
