I am starting a simple challenge starting tomorrow to beat this lethargic phase I am going through...
30 days of fitness.
I will be doing 45 minutes of workout for 30 days.
My reward will be something awesome I wanted to buy.
Penalty would be 10 pushups for 10 days.
Funny because I cannot do even one pushup.

Dinner was grilled chicken, steamed broccoli, and spinach sauteed in a little olive oil with garlic and red pepper flakes. Now trying to decide what I want to do for a workout tonight
