Non-scale victory of the week!

Finally went back to Planet Fitness, before and after work! Finally stopped eating a whole bag of popcorn every night and it's working! I also am going to bed and getting more sleep. All of these things are helping me to lose weight! At last

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I think I did really well this week, I guess I could have lettuce wrapped my tacos I gad on Tuesday.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Lose 5 lbs by doing tons of cardio, lots of water, less carbs, more sleep & cold showers to help burn my fat plus a couple of massages to help me get thru the week!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I looked up keto recipes fir my dinners this week and made lower carb, healthier version of it. I made my husband and I zucchini boats with meat sauce while the kids had spaghetti noodles and last night I wanted broccoli cheddar cheese soup so instead of making Bear Creek broccoli soup, I made a home-made version with 9 carbs per cup with only 6 ingredients: broccoli, chicken stock, garlic clove, heavy cream, cream cheese and cheddar cheese.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Shouldn't have ate at night in front if the tv, Tuesday I gad s half bag of microwave popcorn, last night I had a whole bag of microwave popcorn plus 2 tablespoons of Nutella. I really need to stop the mindless, late night eating, I don't even think I was hungry. It's just a bad habit I've developed over the years that has caused me to gain 145 lbs. I eat a normal healthy diet all day then blow it when everyone goes to bed. Guess I'm confessing that I'm a secret eater, I overeat alone in front if the tv, late at night.

What do you find most challeging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I usually start off a diet pretty good and lose 20-30 lbs. and then I seem to lose steam and think that my weight is okay and stop trying and then I gain everything I just lost back. I have been doing yo-yo dieting for years I have come close to my goal couple times and then I self-sabotage and gained a lot more weight back. I have gained 145 lb in the last 18 years. I would just like to be the weight I was at 27 which was 145 lb and currently I am now 46 years old.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I would like to restart my keto diet which I was doing and I did pretty good on until I decided to start eating carbs like a crazy person again. I would like to get more sleep I usually get about five and a half hours of sleep at night and I'm always tired. I would like to get more exercise this week because when I do exercise I feel a little bit better and I would just like to have my joints feel better.
