Non-scale victory of the week!
Finally went back to Planet Fitness, before and after work! Finally stopped eating a whole bag of popcorn every night and it's working! I also am going to bed and getting more sleep. All of these things are helping me to lose weight! At last
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I think I did really well this week, I guess I could have lettuce wrapped my tacos I gad on Tuesday.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Lose 5 lbs by doing tons of cardio, lots of water, less carbs, more sleep & cold showers to help burn my fat plus a couple of massages to help me get thru the week!
